• 已售出、經損毀或使用過的貨品，恕不退回現金及更換。本公司有權鑑定貨品是否損毀或已使用過的貨品之權利。

• 減價或特價貨品，恕不退換。

• 療程費用恕不接受轉讓或退還現金。

• 任何療程有效期由購買日期起計算。如因任何私人理由而提出暫停，延遲療程，本公司不會於療程有效期外補回剩餘的諮詢服務及茶方。

• 任何療程或服務之訂金恕不接受退款及已付之訂金需要於2個月内使用。

• 如需取消或更改預約，請於療程前12小時通知。缺席預約則當扣除一次諮詢計算。

• 所有療程種類及次數概以發票所列為準。

• 所有客戶數據由本公司收集及持有，數據有機會作市場推廣用途。本公司會採取切實可行的步期，保障個人資料不會未經授權或意外地被查閱，處理，刪除，表失或使用。

• ​為確保顧客清楚飲用的中草藥成份，中藥師於取茶時會現場核對及講述成份；顧客每次的茶療成份，中心會保存及記錄。

• 數據茶方的成份比例及製作方法均為商業機密，不會對外公佈。

• 本公司保留修改服務條款的一切權利，如有任何爭議，本公司保留最終決定權。

• 如此使用條款及細則中，英文版有所差異，一概以中文版為準。

• 療程效果需配合中心營養師飲食建議，效果因人而異。

• No cash refund or goods exchange will be offered for items that are sold, used and damaged. Negimen has the right to verify whether your returned foods are in good condition. 

• No exchange of merchandise will be offered on sales or special offer items.

• Treatment packages are not transferable or cash refundable.

• Any treatment courses are valid from the date of invoice. Negimen does not accept any kind of suspension due to personal reason once the treatment has started. The treatment will be terminated and will not reimburse the remaining consultation service and Negimen tea outside validity. 

• Deposits for any treatment courses are non-refundable and must be used within 2 months. 

• If you wish to cancel any booking for treatment or services, 12 hours or above prior notice is required. Any period who fails to submit cancellation, your booking will be considered as used and you will be charged.

• The treatment type and quantity as listed on the invoice issued shall prevail.

• All customers’ data is held by Negimen and will be collected for promotional purposes. Negimen may take practicable steps to safeguard personal data from unauthorised or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use. 

• Chinese Pharmacist will clarify the ingredients at tea pick, Negimen will keep recored for all tea formula.

• The method and formulation of the data-driven tea therapy are commercial secret and will not be disclosed.

• Negimen reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Negimen shall be final.

• If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and the English versions of the above terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

• The effectiveness of the tea treatment act in concert with the dietary advice from our in-house nutritionist, the curative effect varies from person to person.
