一進入秋冬季節,皮膚開始變得乾燥,令我們變得煩燥,甚或用不同方法改善皮膚問題,但原來食物都可以幫我們滋潤一下,補充水份。


除了時常飲水補充水份外,細胞的儲水能力和免疫能力同樣重要。因此,適當的油份和脂溶性營養素都有助形成皮膚屏障,幫助細胞更新。而維他命C、植物雌激素、尿囊素及茶氨酸有助細胞鎖水、保持細胞彈性。鋅更可以增加皮膚細胞免疫力,避免皮膚因乾燥天氣變得敏感。
