水果中的抗氧化物

雖然我們無法控制自由基的產生,但進食含抗氧化物的食物可有助對抗自由基對細胞的傷害,增強延緩衰老、患上心血管疾病或其他癌症的風險。


莓類和其他較鮮色的水果的抗氧化物和維生素含量一般較高,某些抗氧化物當水果經脫水後仍可被保留,但選購時需特別注意乾果的脫水方式和各種添加劑的使用。———————————————

【Antioxidants In Fruits】

Although we cannot control the production of free radicals, consuming antioxidant rich foods can help combat the cell damage caused by free radicals, enhancing the properties of anti-aging, lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancers.


Berries and other brighter-coloured fruits generally have higher antioxidant and vitamin content. Some antioxidants can still be retained after the fruit is dehydrated, pay special attention to the dehydration method and the use of additives in dried fruits when purchasing.
