做法:

菠蘿切粒

蘋果洗淨,去核切件

香蕉去皮切段

牛油果核洗淨,切片備用

⑤ 把所有材料放入攪拌機,攪拌30秒即可

Cooking procedure:

① Cut pineapple into cubes

② Wash the apple, remove the cores and cut into pieces

③ Peel the banana and cut into sections

④ Wash the avocado core and slice into pieces

⑤ Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds to serve
