【控制血糖水平有技巧】

血糖水平於進食後會升高是必然的,若你沒有血糖偏高或糖尿病問題,其實不必擔心升糖指數對身體的影響。


即便需要控制血糖水平亦不等於飲食只可以進食擁有低升糖指數的食物。所謂低升糖指數原意是從中減慢進食後血糖水平上升的速度,與食物中的糖分含量沒有直接關係。

【Control Blood Glucose Level Smartly】

It is inevitable that blood glucose level is elevated after eating. The health impact of glycemic index(GI) should not be something that needs to be worried if you are not close to high blood sugar or diabetes.


It does not mean that foods with low GI is the only option even if there is a necessity for you to control blood glucose level. In fact, suggesting low GI food is intended to slow down the rise in blood sugar levels after eating but has no direct relationship with the sugar content in the food.
