【Food To Avoid With Acid Reflux】
Most of us are busy with school or work, underlying chronic stress. If a diet is high in oil, salt and sugar, it can easily cause or aggravate acid reflux. Although we cannot control the source and extent of stress, we can do so by avoiding foods that easily stimulate gastric acid secretion.
