【荔枝核蜂蜜飲】
荔枝是夏季人們喜愛的時令水果,除了享用甘甜美味的荔枝肉外,荔枝核亦富含皂甙、鞣質和α-甘氨酸等,有助降低血糖水平和肝糖原。荔枝核配合蜂蜜飲用,尤其適合經常胃痛或容易經痛人士飲用。
做法:
① 荔枝核洗淨,搗碎以500毫升清水浸泡30分鐘
② 以大火煲滾後轉小火,再煲30分鐘
③ 隔去荔枝核渣滓, 待水放暖時加入蜜糖即可

Pairing lychee seeds with honey is suitable for people who are prone to stomach
aches or menstrual cramps.
Cooking procedure:
① Wash the lychee core, mash it and soak in 500 ml of water for 30 minutes
② Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for another 30 minutes
③ Separate the lychee core residue and add honey when the water becomes warm to serve
