【團年飯「營」提示】

一年一度的團年飯定會叫上八九道菜,我們可以如何吃得健康,同時與親人共團年呢?大家可留意以下5個營養小提示。


1️⃣可於早餐及午餐吃至7成飽,以清淡為主,避免長時間空腹出現過餓情況

2️⃣盡量避免芡汁和額外醬汁,減少不必要的澱粉及脂肪攝取

3️⃣去皮以減少動物皮脂的飽和脂肪攝取

4️⃣乳豬及炸蟹鉗以1件為限,減少反式脂肪攝取

5️⃣建議將減少炒粉麵飯的進食份量或外帶,避免於一餐熱量及脂肪攝取過多

We are likely to order 8 to 9 dishes for reunion dinner. How can we enjoy the meal with our relatives in a healthy manner?


1️⃣ 70% Fullness is suggested for breakfast and lunch which are prepared with less oil to prevent extreme hunger during reunion dinner.

2️⃣ Avoid the sauce to reduce unnecessary carbohydrates & fat intake.

3️⃣ Remove the skin to consume less saturated fats from animal skin.

4️⃣ Limit the amount of roasted suckling pig and fried crab claws to 1 piece to reduce the intake of trans fat.

5️⃣ Less consumption or take away of fried noodles or fried rice is suggested to avoid overconsumption.
