[Signs Of Excessive Caffeine Intake]
Caffeine can be found naturally in more than 60 types of plants, including cocoa beans, coffee beans, tea leaves and more. Different studies have also pointed out that caffeine can have positive effects on the human body, such as refreshing the mind, enhancing exercise endurance, assisting fat burn and relieving pain, etc.
💡Excessive intake of caffeine can easily cause physical discomfort. The Center for Food Safety recommends that adults should consume no more than 400 mg of caffeine per day. Drinking 1:1 ratio of water to coffee is believed to help speed up the metabolism and excretion of caffeine.
