綠茶+甜糭
烹調內餡時通常用到大量砂糖。假如食用時再額外添加砂糖,過量糖份攝取會轉化為脂肪保存,導致體重上升。但由於綠茶含豐富的兒茶素,可抑制酶的活性,降低糖份的分解和吸收速度,從而降低脂肪堆積。
普洱茶+鹹肉糭
鹹肉粽的主要材料為肥豬肉、鹹蛋黃、金華火腿,其飽和脂肪及膽固醇含量較高。普洱茶中含有木麻黃素,可以抑制酶分解三酸甘油脂,從而阻礙脂肪吸收。
烏龍茶+鹼水糭
鹼糭水(俗稱灰水)屬於強鹼,pH值通常>11。沏茶後的茶水屬弱酸性。同時進食能平衡胃部酸鹼值,防止胃部不適。

Oolong tea + Alkaline rice dumplings
The water used in soaking the sticky rice is strongly alkaline with pH value > 11. Providing that tea is weakly acidic, consuming both together can balance the stomach pH and prevent discomfort.
