一般情況下,打嗝多出現於進食後,可會是空氣於咀嚼是連同食物一起進入食道,或進食了容易脹氣的食物。但若不停打嗝或伴隨著異味,可能是身體發出的健康警號。


當你下次打嗝時可先嘗試

💡 先憋住呼吸30秒,然後以嘴巴吐氣,反覆數次

【The Smell Of Hiccups May Be A Health Warning】

In general, burping  occurs after eating. It may be caused by air entering the oesophagus together with the food while chewing, or consumed food that is prone to flatulence. But if burping keeps happening or is accompanied by a peculiar smell, it may be a health indicator from the body.


Next time if you come across hiccups, you may try 

💡 Hold your breath for 30 seconds, then exhale through the mouth, repeat several times
