【飲茶應該吃甚麼?】跟一大班親友聚餐時,少不免會到茶樓一盅兩件。看到一籠籠熱騰騰的蒸點,不少人以為點心是蒸出來的食物總比其他煎炸食物健康,但其實真的是這樣嗎?
感覺上製作簡單的蒸點如馬拉糕,由於加入了不少豬油和糖來製造,所以卡路里高達370kcal,相等於一碗半白飯。另外有一些點心(如燒賣、蝦餃等等)的卡路里雖然不算太高,但其實於製作時都加入了大量油和調味料,令它們的脂肪量和鈉含量都偏高,容易引起肥胖、高膽固醇和其他心血管疾病。
雖然如此,但到茶樓飲茶仍然是不少人於親友聚餐時的不二之選。建議到茶樓飲茶的次數一星期不要多於一次,高卡路里的點心一件起兩件止,亦盡量減少當天其他正餐中的油份攝取。

Even so, yum cha in a teahouse is still one of the best choices for many people to have a meal gathering with relatives and friends. It is recommended that not to yum cha more than once a week; limit the intake of high-calorie dim sum and reduce the oil intake in other meals of the day.
